    Replacement of goods

    The Kruna Mode Club also provides free substitutions!

    All buyers have the right to change the goods, but only members of the Kruna Mode Club that made their order from Croatia have the right to one free order replacement (the products can be replaced without the cost of shipping). If the order went abroad the costumer has to pay delivery.

    Replacement of the goods is possible within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. You are required to make a replacement by sending an e-mail to webshop@krunamode.hr with the title "Replacement of Goods" within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the email you need to specify the order number and explain whether you want to change the product for the same product of another size, color or other product from our offer. The product then returns to our address within 2 business days of the approved application. If the product is ordered from abroad our team can organize the pick up for the price of our delivery or you can organize return delivery for yourself and get full amount back without originally payed delivery.

    When we find that the returned product is damaged and in the original packaging, we will make a replacement. If you change the product for a higher value product, you will first need to pay the difference to our account and, if less, we will return the money to your account.

    Can a product  bought at the Kruna Mode web shop be replaced by another one in a Kruna Mode store?

    You can replace all products purchased at the Kruna Mode web shop in any of our stores or by contacting webshop@krunamode.hr within 14 days of receiving the package.

    If I decide to replace the product for someone else who is cheaper, will I get the difference of money back?

    You will! Contact our staff at webshop@krunamode.hr, initiate a product replacement and they will continue to inform you about the process of recovering the difference of money.

    Can the product bought at Kruna Mode web shop be replaced for more expensive?

    You can! Contact our staff at webshop@krunamode.hr and they will give you directions for making a payment between the two amounts.

    In which time do I have to ask for a replacement product?

    You must ask for a replacement within 14 days of receipt of the package.

    I am not a member of the Kruna Mode club. Do I have the right to a replacement?

    All costumers have the right to replace the products, but only members of the Kruna Mode club that are ordering from Croatia can substitute goods without the cost of the postage. You must ask for a replacement within 14 days of receipt of the package.
